Battery was recently replaced by Apple's recall.
I bought it brand new at an Apple store and it comes with everything that came in the box.
Applecare is done, but Genius Bar replaced the fans, heatsinks, and PCMCIA port right before it ran out, and they cleaned her fully, saying she was a great machine.
The outside of the laptop has some minor case warping but its only slightly cosmetic and everything works great otherwise. The Screen has no scratches or dead pixels.
