It says it's in recovery mode already. I'm trying to update/restore right now with a different user account.

No luck after several attempts. I tried the previous firmware at iClarified to no avail. I'm an hour and half from the nearest Apple Store. I made an appointment and will be heading down there tomorrow morning wasting a good chunk of the day.

I was able to get out of recovery mode by using RecBook Exit Only. I'm currently re-syncing all my songs, photos, etc. Been a very frustrating last 3+ hours.
