Major thumbs down for this application. I bought the pro version for $41, and it installed ok. Running Tiger, and pocketmac pro 3.5.1, which is supposed to work with Tiger.
Well, it synced ONE TIME (with my hp ipaq h6315) and thats it. Now, it says its syncing, then my pocketpc will stop the process. I started a trouble ticket with them, no answer yet.
Ridiculous for a program that costs so much, for that matter, freeware works better.

I've had both. Missing sync is great.

I finally got it to sync, but now, when it does, it doesn't sync anything properly... If I add something to iCal, it doesn't actually sync that with my PPC. Or if I delete a bunch of contacts in address book, it doesn't delete them from the PPC, in fact it brings them back, even though I checked "mac is always right" in pocketmac. Argh.
