Hi,

I bought a drobo to replace my 320GB backup drive. I was able to use Disk Utility to make a block copy of my current backup to the drobo; the drobo's capacities lights lit up to where they should be. However, when i remount the drobo, the system says the drive is unreadable and asks if i want to format it.

I had the idea of doing a command-line cp, but wasn't sure which flags to use, to preserve permissions.

Anyone have any good ideas on how to move the TM backup?
