Call of Duty 2 Issue

	I have been getting random crashes in Call of Duty 2, where the game quits and I am brought back to the Finder. I am at version 1.3 and I have already reinstalled it once. When I reinstalled version 1.1 ran fine, but when I updated to 1.3 I started to get the crashes again. I use Google Notifier, and I thought that might be the culprit, but it still crashed with or without Google Notifier. I'm pretty stumped, but if anyone has a similar problem or some suggestions...?
