In here:

/System/Library/compoments/CoreAudio.component/Contents/Resources/SystemSounds/

On my 10.2.2, I only heard some of them. And believe it or not, there's 'Volume Mount' and 'Volume Unmount' sound!

pretty strange...

Several sound events are just simply broken.

Sadly, there were more working sounds in the pre-release builds (the 6C8x-9x builds, I believe) than in the final 10.2-10.2.2 versions. I wonder if Apple broke these things intentionally.
