My first reaction is that we don't need to see that PeeCee carp on this forum do we, but actually they look kinda cool and inspirational. Maybe some of that design language could make it into an OSX theme.

I love the U.S., but we need some time apart.

Yeah, oftentimes folks jump on something because it came from the PC side. But I agree that the theme does look nice. Futuristic and light.

agreed.
a lot of the time, the anti-PC mentality really pisses me off. I use both, so I really have no tolerance for that ****.
i kind of hope that people who get into theming can put their deep facist hatred and deluded loyalties aside so we can let the creativity flow and produce some really great stuff.

Ive been developing themes for OSX for just over a year now and I have never had facist ideals. Im sure you didnt mean that all Mac users are like this but it kinda sounds like your implying that it goes hand in hand with being a Mac user.

it's fancy looking but i've tried it a few times and i have never got it to be stable or a good replacement for explorer.

I've tried many themes, but always return to SmoothStripes. For some reason I find it less distracting of all, including the original Aqua look. Less is more I always say.

Yeah because Linux is known for it's impressive consistant GUIs.
Seriously, when Linux starts getting Windows managers that are halfway decent, and some major app support we will be seeing some major switching going on.

This isn't Anti-PC mentality. this is a " Offical OS X Customizations Screenshot Thread"
Meaning OS X screenshots. There are other screenshot threads in here for everyone.
Please people, OS X only ones.
Thanks.

The overall GUI of even KDE isn't consistent from app to app.
And I reply to posts as I read them.
I get yelled at for replying to 10 posts in one posts and I get flack for doing it this way.
Can't win from losing I guess.

I love Audion's skins, but I can't bring my self to change over from iTunes... I like how the playlists are setup in iTunes better. If iTunes wasn't so ugly, and maybe had skin support it would be the best mp3 player out there.

I used Cyber Thief's theme: IE522noline-G2
Here's the link: http://www.desktopper.net/cyber_thief
Bottom left, use MetamorphX to install it (making sure IE is directly in the Apps folder) or install it manually.

Ah, you are using PathFinder. Me too, and I normally turn the Finder off. Do you find that you lose the (Control-Click or Right-Click) option to pull up desktop pictures and you also lose control over emptying the trash from the dock?
If you only run PathFinder, you'll lose control over emptying the trashcan from your dock. But you can still do it from the top menu bar (under Path finder - Trash - Empty Trash). I wish there was a way to switch them out AND keep my right-click options & trashcan control.
But I really do like PathFinder, except for those 2 minor setbacks.

Emptying the trash... the keyboard shortcut still works, thats the way I usually do it. I have the desktop off and just open a Path Finder window if I want to access anything on it and yeah, no right-click at all like that. Once its turned back on it just displays like new folder and your favorites which is actually quite handy to pop open a window to a particular folder.
I've actually replaced my Finder.app with Path Finder.app (renamed of course). I've been Finderless for a few days now. I need to replace the Get Info function, that's about all I've noticed so far.
