I've set the AB preferences with the correct OWA server. The user name and password are correct. I've even tried qualifying the user name with the "domain\user name" format. But no matter what I try, if I turn on Exchange sync it just goes so far and then just HANGS. The following is a typical iSync log showing this problem:

4:31:44 PM Reading your .Mac configuration

4:31:46 PM Connecting to .Mac

4:31:49 PM Synchronizing bookmarks

4:31:49 PM Getting changes from Safari

4:31:49 PM Getting changes from .Mac

4:31:50 PM Completed synchronizing bookmarks

4:31:51 PM Syncing contacts to OAW's T68i disabled in iSync

4:31:53 PM Synchronizing contacts

4:31:55 PM Getting all contacts from Exchange

4:31:55 PM Getting all contacts from Address Book

4:32:07 PM contacts: 197 added

4:32:07 PM groups: 3 added

4:32:07 PM Getting all contacts from .Mac

4:32:57 PM contacts: 197 added

4:32:57 PM groups: 3 added

4:32:57 PM Getting all contacts from Backup Conduit

4:33:02 PM contacts: 197 added

4:33:02 PM groups: 3 added

Any ideas on what the problem might be?

I found that it worked when I used the main Exchange server address instead of the OWA server address. YMMV.

I tried your suggestion and it's working now. Thanks for the tip!
