I am interested in getting an Apple 23" HD Display. I just can't seem to find the actual response time on the monitor anywhere on Apple's site. Does anyone have that kind of information? Appreciate it.

I have one and it is fast. 16ms is what I read at Apple's page: "Response time (typical)
16 ms" - 9th on the spec sheet.

Get it, it's a huge improvement over the previous generation of displays. Here look at my set up.
My theather
The response time is 16ms and there's absolutely no noticeable ghosting.

That is for the new 23" CD. I'm pretty sure the old 23" CD HD had a pixel response of 25ms.

I wasn't aware he was referring to the old one with regard to the original poster's question. The old ones it seems, Apple has never released the LCD's pixel response time publicly. I had the older 20" model and while a great display, it didn't quite have the pixel response of the new ones.

I'm loving my new 23" aluminum display - I found the gamut a little cold by default, however. Even with hardware calibration, the yellows are still a little on the cool side. I upgraded from the 22" older Cinema Display, and this display is capable of violets and blues (and hues all around) with a vibrancy I've never seen on an LCD before

Just ran Chipmunk's ID servyce on my monitors( http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html ) and it says my 15" ASD-LCD was made in 2001 and my 23" ACD (plastic) was made in 2003.
Both were demos at the Boulder CompUSA so I got good deals-
450 for the 15 and 1500 for the 23, both with extended 2 yr CompUSA warranty.
The 23 was a replacement for a 22 that I bought when the 23's came out. Used the warranty, had 3 dead pixels and some glass scratches from a bozo tech. They did a straight swap, including 2yr warrabty for no charge.
I am very impressed with the 23, much brighter than the 22, almost as bright as the 15, which is very sharp.
