For non-english system (for me French Jaguar), Duality or ThemeChanger don't update "Tool bar of Finder" and stay aqua look javascript:smilie('')...

That's right...

If you want it, a simple copy/paste can help you...

Relog in root account.
With Resorcerer or other utilities open files:

HD/System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/Localized.rsrc

HD/System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Resources/French.lproj/Localized.rsrc

and the "localized.rsrc" file from a theme your choice.

In this last file,
Select all and Copy PICT resources in clipboard (104 items), but not the resource PICT itself.

In each two first files,
Paste and replace all on PICT resources (always 104 items).

Save your job, relog and enjoy. I hope it works for you like for me javascript:smilie('')..
