I'm trying to swap the system palette on on old mac with 8-bit color (256 colors). Like the way a lot of old Mac games did. Remember seeing the colors get all goofed up for a split second when you first launched a lot of those old games? That's what I'm trying to do.

The program I'm writing right now is in REALBasic but if anyone has an example of how this was done in C or any language, that would be very helpful.
