I'm in the midst of determining features and functionality for a (web) project.
One of the "products" we will be selling is sorta like a mortgage in the sense that there are different documents for both the user and vendor to "sign".
Here is a company that is offering a solution that functions well, functionality-wise. However, the cost is quite high ($250/monht minimum for hosted solution, and like $25,000 for a perpetual use license that I would have to host somewhere using a Windows server and Microsoft SQL Server.
The guts of the server I will be using for everything else is based on FreeBSD and mySQL, so I am not thrilled with their platform (or the idea of working with that platform), and I'm not too happy about the cost either.
Does anyone know of a more open-source type of e-signature solution, or can anyone point me to a place where someone may be able to advise me?
