OK now I'm stumped.
Tab key has stopped working. If I use a modifier (cmd tab for application switcher) then it's fine and the keyboard is fine on several other Macs, but if I use tab in word, excel, pages or even text edit, then it's not working, nor will it tab between fields in Firefox or Safari.
If I press tab I get a system boop, so it's obvious that tab has reset itself to some action or other. I've been through the obvious, expose, dashboard, keyboard setting, input manager, universal access, but nothing seems to work. I'm loathe to go nuclear on my system prefs so any ideas what it may be?
