Post a link to a post where it failed, please. Remember that we are hacking to mitigate these problems, it may be that one of the hacks needs to be redone.
The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.

Are we discussing the apostrophe? It looks like that's giving the link interpreter some problems. FYI, the HTML code for an apostrophe is "ampersand pound 39". The link interpreter seems built to make links parseable by any HTML interpreting browser, so converting a character than can be used in a control sequence makes sense. Showing the converted code rather than the readable character, on the other hand, does look pretty screwy.

As far as I know, reader50's hack was exclusively for the ampersand problem, which is a vBulletin-wide problem.

Reader also made a second hack specifically for automatically generated links from Youtube titles, but it doesn't find all possible permutations of the problem. As longa s the Youtube hack still works, this should be fairly uncommon.
