The color is desaturated, look at the active scrollbar to see the "silver" result. The whole Mail skin is also obvious.
The rest of the GUI is indeed left in it's original state - after all, Siro is top class IMO.

It means he was a beta tester and likely got what was the gold version before it's officially released. According to the creator of the theme, its forthcoming.

From the snaps i've seen Niqu looks like a beautiful theme, the black buttons in the Photoshop toolbar however seems a bit awkward. Is there a version without that much black?
