I am getting an error message stating
"sorry the operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occured(error code-8058)
does anybody know what this means and how i can fix it?
I am trying to copy a personal dvd.

After upgrading to Tiger I'm getting that error whenever using Duplicate (command-D shortcut) on a mounted disk image in Finder. And after the error the volume can't be unmounted. And other mounted volumes can be "confused" afterwards, e.g. their icons don't show up on the desktop. Never had this trouble before Tiger and a friend just confirmed it happens on his system, too. I'll be reporting it to Apple in a bit ...
