Getting a magazine sub. through school and we have three choices...MacAddict, MacHome ofr MacWorld. I teach middle school computer the iLife suite and others and like to keep up with tips, tricks, how to's. Don't mind a little unix stuff but rather stay away from the heavy tech stuff.
Any recommendations?

i got a free macworld subscription. as with magazines the information is normally a little out of date by the time you get it.
but i find macworld interesting, i've never read the other two though, so i can't say for those.

Just hang around here and you'll find loads of current information. I let my MacAddict subscription run out because it was mostly stuff I read on the Internet weeks or months ago. I used to really enjoy that magazine and found it very funny a few years ago.
edit: I suppose of it's free I'd choose 'Addict or 'World. MacHome was very basic IIRC.

I like iCreate mag. Think it's from the UK - prices on
the ads are wonky - but the articles and how to's are great.
I get it at a huge bookstore.

MacWorld is the best. MacAddict has really slipped. Neither is really great though, but MacWorld is a good way to kill 10 minutes while you poop.
