For anyone interested, this is a 5v PCI card. System requirements are here. Brief version:
Mac OS X 10.2.4+, 10.3, or 10.4; v10.2.8 or later is recommended. Mac OS X v10.5 or later is not supported
G3 500 MHz or faster, including all PowerPC G4s. Not supported on G5 or Intel because of 5v PCI slot requirement.
Mac OS Classic 7.6.1 to 9.2.2
200 MHz 604e or faster; G3 or G4 recommended
Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, or XP; Windows 3.1 or earlier and Windows Vista or later are not supported
Pentium CPU (or equivalent) 200 MHz or faster; Pentium II CPU or faster recommended
