Brand new and perfect. LCD has only been unpacked and connected to test. No hot/dead or stuck pixels.

Plugs into most G4 Macs (except for 1st generation) using only one cable (this cable provides power, video and USB!) - making for a tiddier desktop and great images.

I order it about a year ago for use with a older G4 but before it arrived I decided to upgrade to a G5 CPU. I foolishly let it sit for past year thinking that would find a local buyer for it rather than pay restocking and shippent back to retailer.

$350 shipped w/insurance in continetal US.

Thanks

One would think that with all the super anal people that complain about one scuff or dead pixel that there would be many bites on this.

(Sorry I needed to vent! I've dealt with too many of them!)

I'd thought people would be all over it at this price - I paid $590 or so and it's exactlya s when i got it from Apple :-(

I realize that the price of LCDs has gone down - but given a choice of a Sony, NEC... LCD I'd take the Apple any day for image quality and simplicity of set up (ADC - 1 connection instead of LCD- power, USB+ video cables).

I sold a 17" adc like this with ONE dead pixel for a measly $250. It sucked. I wish I would of kept it as it's a really gorgeous display.

Mafia -

Brand new in the box??!!

send me a link

I did a search for completed "17" Apple LCD Studio New" and got 6 hits

One was canceled by seller

2 were for "like-new" (one hardly seemed so)

went for $160-310 (shipping not included)

3 were for new:

one did not sell at $390 (no shipping included)

two sold for $380 and $416 (no shipping included)

So it seems that you are not comparing apples to apples...

Yeah, like I siad, there is an EXTREMELY anal group of people that go nuts over scuffs/dead pixels. But they choose to bitch about used LCDs rather than paying up and shutting up. Where are you OCD people?
