i am using the latest version of itunes, and i have tried rebuilding my library, and reinstalling itunes...it still freezes whenever i try to update my podcasts. Any ideas?
You could try deleting the preferences for iTunes. Found in:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunes.plist
There are several files there connected with iTunes, you could delete all of them.
(But take backup of them first).
