need internal Bluetooth adapter for PowerMac

I have a dual G5 2.5 ghz. Do they still make an internal bluetooth adapter? trying to avoid the USB adapter, so that I can save my slots. thanks!

Or dropping in an additional USB card? I put a Sonnet one in my G5 dual 2.0 -- cost me £25 and took 5 minutes. Well, 10 maybe... Presto -- 4 extra USB 2 ports.

many of the add-on USB cards also have an internal USB port that you can't really use except for something like a USB bluetooth adapter

The Internal Bluetooth module is available as an upgrade kit for PowerMac G5 (Early 2005). You can see if this is your model of Mac by checking the EMC number on the bottom of the computer, it should be 2061 for these PowerMacs.

The module should also work in other PowerMac G5s (I've seen one put in a Rev A PowerMac G5), but it is in no way supported by Apple like that.

The part number is M9984G/A, however it is only available to Apple Authorised Service Providers.
