Just bought a Epson 2100 and I'm having a few problems using it with OSX 10.3.5 - wondered if someone could help.

The first problem is it doesn't print accurately on the page, it's approx 4mm out - printing too high and slightly over to the right. This is a nightmare with page layouts and I'm having to adjust each design to compensate.

The second problem is the print queue reverts to 'stopped' and clicking start print queue doesn't work. It'll look like it's starting for a second and then just go back to stopped.

Epson blame Apple, I'm guessing Apple will blame Epson - I've spoken to Epson several times, reinstalled the latest drivers twice, ran permissions etc
and also tried the 'print setup repair' app.

I've found mention of the second problem - but no solutions, has anyone had any experience of these sort of issues? Can anyone advise?

thanks in advance

Jim
