I recently got a PowerBook 540c - I'd like to connect it to my Sprint PCS phone. I've already connected the phone to my PowerBook G4 using a Serial to USB adapter. Is there a PC Serial to Mac Serial adapter since the PowerBook 540 has a legacy serial port?

Hey,
I just did a search of Palm's site... you use to be able to get an R232serial to Mac serial(I believe it is din8.. not 100% sure) in their Mac Palm connect kit, but now they only have the USB Mac Palm connect kit. I've still seen it at Staples, CompUSA, and OfficeMax, but it is becoming more and more uncommon... I believe that should work for you... the kit is $19.99. I think Belkin and a couple of others (maybe Keyspan) made a similar adapter.
good luck!
