Yes. But not just any adapter. This one. It's Apple's supported adapter.

I read the user reviews and laughed pretty good. The guys that had Macs, had no problems. The Windows guys on the other hand....

yep that one works, but so does Belkin's and several others. I'm using one right now that came with my BT mouse, and also syncing my address book with my BT cell phone

Personally I find it hilarious that you have the hots for my gramma. Especially seeins how she is 3x your age, and makes your Brittney-Spears-wannabe 30-something wife look like a rag doll who went thru WWIII with a burning stick of dynamite up her a** :)

I bought an IO Gear Bluetooth adapter and plugged it into the back of my Sawtooth. Works like a charm. It was something like $22 at walmart..

Yes. But you're not using a Bluetooth headset with anything but the D-Link one.
No D-Link, No Headset action.

A friend of mine brought over one that he used with his PC and for fun I
plugged it into my G5 and it autoconfigured it and it just started working.
Pretty cool stuff. I think he paid $10 for it from Tiger Direct.

Does anyone have the module plugged into an internal slot on a third party USB card? I was wondering how the signal would be.

word bowowman. I owned two that didn't work with my moto bluetooth headset, finally after seeing a page on apple's site saying something about only supporting headsets with the d-link one, I bought it and no worries.

btw folks..
On my 533 G4(Digital Audio), I've had the D-Link plugged into the internal port on my USB2 PCI card for a week or so now. I can't tell a difference in reception compared to it being plugged into my keyboard. Problem is that USB2 PCI problems rear their damn head and occasionally my computer won't wake from sleep as a result of the bluetooth adapter being plugged internally.
I can't wait to upgrade my rig, I'm kinda tired of having to play "plug/unplug" all the time with my USB2 crap.
