I need help on how to pass the months until i get my 1.5 ghz 15" powerbook
1gig of ram and 125mb graphics card.
Any suggestions?

well if youare going to wait till December, then you might as well wait 'till March as hopefully by then there will be a G5 PB.

Wouldnt bet much on that... The G5 has huge heat and power issues man. Its gonna be a while...

Well, with any luck, we will see the next revision of Powerbooks by then, so you may very well be getting better than 1.33GHz!

The kid in me wants to believe that a G5 PB will be announced at WWDC January and shipping 3 months later.

But with all this DP G4 PB chit chat, and the supply shortages of G5 processors, I can only hope that maybe sometime in 2005 we will see a 64bit PB.

I'll be surprised if the PB go G5 at all in 2005.

That said. If you're looking for stuff to do, do everything you're doing now. If you have a camera or camcorder, take some nice photos/videos so you can have some fun with the PB when you get it.

If you have a local MUGS chapter in your town, check it out as well. Great for getting used software/games at a reasonable price as well as meeting other Mac users in your town.
