Hi.
I have a G4 tower with 640mb and a cube with 832mb.
I took from the tower a 256 dimm and took from the cube a 64 dimm.
I switch them, and in the tower is correct, but in the cube it appears as empty, its not seeing the 256 dimm I just insert.
Why ? How to force it or fix it ?

If I just leave the invisible 256 mb dimm and start the machine, will something bad can happen ?

I have only os x installed, and no os 9 drivers tho, so no classic apps and no os 9 cd booting.
Thx.

Problem fixed using the Dimm First Aid app.
Booting in os 9, using a zip to launch the app, and it get fixed, also the app told me to change my dimm cause it was programed and will not run at max speed.
