Transmit recorded video through iChat

How can I make it, the idea is to start a videoconference, and hit play to the video cam so the recorded video goes to the other person, is it possible ?

Thx.
I believe you can just put the camera in VCR mode, instead of Camera mode. When you start the video chat, just push play. Never tried it, so I'm not positive.

Is there anything that one could do to stream from a file?
That would be neat.. it could certainly have some good uses.

Yes, it worked that way 
I tried it, but in the first time it didnt work, but now it does, thx .

Ummm, why not just use QTSS? you can send a link to the stream through iChat.
