Old Doof has decided (so, it's definitive) that only people who've watched, understood and love the Three Colours Trilogy actually have souls.

Let's have a show of hands.

You may discuss other masterpieces down there. ↓

I love Juliette Binoche, and the Three Colours are on my "must see" list, but I haven't managed to, yet.

What do I check?

They were on constant replay here for weeks and still spark random conversations about the nature of relationships, sex, individual growth, spirituality, etc..

Hardly a surprise to anyone that I’m a worthless piece of flesh—I’ve never even heard of the movie.

Bleu, Blanc, Rouge.

Saw them all back to back at a film festival in 1996.

Just watch 'em all in order Spher. Twice. At least. The more you watch them, the more you discover.

Oh, that trilogy. Right. Skimmed the title a bit too fast, then.

All right, I have heard of it, just never seen it.

They were good, but I'm not sure I could claim I "understood" them fully when I saw them, as it's quite possible I only scratched the surface. Plus, I watched them something like 10 years ago, so I don't even remember most of the details.

P.S. I clicked on this thinking it'd be a religion thread in the wrong forum, with lots of acerbic barbs going back and forth.

Come to think of it, I may have seen them on VHS, since I believe I saw them in the 90s.

Perhaps, it's time to take another gander. I wonder how good the DVDs are.

It should be noted that the poll has been modified against my wishes by a mod with no sense of humour. There is no "Who what now?" option in the original. There are only those with souls and those without.

Also, the poll was public. And now isn't. Kind of the fsking point of the thread, mods.

It's still public, it's just once you've voted you can't see the names.

It's fully reverted now, as intended.

Click the number of votes for each option, it should show you who voted. That's what worked for me.
