Hm. Water, orange juice or apple juice.
I can't drink beer anymore without feeling sick (due to one Saturday night...), and I can't have much bourbon or anything (due to that same Saturday night...)... so I'll stick with vodka, the likes of Cruisers and Smirnoff or whatever... until I can slowly get myself back onto the other stuff

Water, Gatorade, Milk, OJ.
Alcohol is for people that don't know how else to have a good time (at least for people my age).

I remember that, a few years ago, this stuff called Butterfinger Milk came out. It was the same Butterfinger as the candy bar. It was something like 1000 calories/quart - but man, it was good.
(That was before my non-dairy resolution.)
Pouring that on a bowl of Reese's Peanut Butter cereal was pure heaven to a kid...

I would have to say that one of my all time favorites is a Frozen Coke. God, I love those things. Frozen Cherry Coke too. I think I'm obsessed with them. I've even tried looking on eBay for one of those machines like they have at gas stations and stuff. Just don't have $3500 to throw down for one. Maybe some day...

To do that, you have to properly pronounce Trockenbeerenauslese and Gewurtztraminer and say 'em 5 times fast.
(btw, 1982 wasn't a great year, but 1960 is very good, and underrated so you can get bottles relatively cheap )

H2O
did you know:
drinking 8 cups of water a day will reduce your risk for cancer by 40 sum percent.
Most fatigue felt during they day is due to the lack of water.
90 or so percent of midnight hunger is solved by a glass of water
on average people don't know know the difference between thirst and hunger and eat when they really need water.
kinda irrelevant, but eating late at night going to sleep will make the body go to work digesting. during the night your body works digesting the food, and one will have dreams during the night, and will feel groggy in the morning. instead drink some water...

There's a spring water called Fiji that actually comes from there and is outstanding. High mineral content, but it tastes really clean. I really want to try one of those Japanese waters made from 1 million year old ice. Something like $17 for a 16 oz bottle, but the water was from a time before pollution existed. I just have to know how it was before homo sapien arrived.
Pre-1988 my favorites were Guiness Stout and single-malt Scotch. Laphroag and Oban were favs. In the wine category I must tip my hat to 1961 Chateau Margot and Chateau Becheville. Mondavi Chardonay Reserve was passable. And Roderer Cristal Champaign. Of course, being a raging alcoholic, I'd drink Piel's Extra Light Beer as well, so there really is no accounting for taste.
My last remaining vices are coffee and cigars. Oh, how the mighty have fallen!

Well, that's the only thing I try to drink. most of everything else is water + sugar. or water + whatever impurities there are...
Anyways...the human body is best suited for water...remember 80 or so percent of the body is water. =)
I could talk about the negative effects of sugar too... If anyone wants to know, say so.
