I have problems when I am sending an email with an attachment by using the mail client from OS X to someone having an AOL email address.

The AOL user is not capable of getting my attachment.

Can anyone tell me a step by step process for them to get it. I would write it in my signature for them.

Thanks

in general you should send people attachments only with the attachments as the very last thing in your email (no text, even signature text, after the attachment).

You might also want to make sure that the attachment's name is as friendly as possible (i.e. called "myPic.jpg" rather than "My Picture")
