This is for JAGUAR 10.2.X users. 10.3.x (Panther) need not answer.

A number of folks in the predictor forum (and sporadically in the SETI forum when it is up) are reporting problems with running our BOINC client on JAGUAR and especially not getting credit for Predictor. The most common complaint is that it processes the work and then reports back zero claimed credit and zero seconds of processing time, but shows as valid, not an error.

I am trying to gather information to determine if there is a problem with the compile for Jaguar, or if it is a differnet issue.

Are you running the Team MacNN compile for Jaguar?
What is your full operating system verision? 10.2.x ?
What is your actual computer CPU and model. (G3, G4, ibook, imac, powerbook or powermac - be detailed)
What projects are you running on BOINC?
What results are you getting with predictor? Do you receive credit?
What results are you getting with SETI? Do you receive credit?

If you are running it successfully, please post as well as if you are having problems.

Are you running the Team MacNN compile for Jaguar? YES
What is your full operating system verision? 10.2.x ? 10.2.8
What is your actual computer CPU and model. (G3, G4, ibook, imac, powerbook or powermac - be detailed) Beige Minitower G3/333 384MB ram
What projects are you running on BOINC?Predictor and was running SETI
What results are you getting with predictor? Do you receive credit? none
What results are you getting with SETI? Do you receive credit?
Errors unable to process

Depending on how I start the client I get 1 of two results. Either Seti or Predictor is listed as unkown and the program does not recognize that project. I have removed SETI as it never processed a work unit successfully, and at least predictor is processing.

I am running 3.20. I was using the seti worker associated with 3.19 and inserted 3.20 in its place.
