If you actually took the time the understand what I was saying you would realize that my post was more about one diet not fitting everyone even though the specialists say it is good for everyone.
Why are you even worried about if I'm sexy? I'm not one to really worry about if other guys are sexy. Plus, it seems that a lot other people here have seen and remember how I look.
And another tip, I wouldn't go around claiming that you are going to crush someone. I'll leave it at that.
So, why don't you do me a favor and STFU with your stupid, insecure, dumb, and idiotic statements. I'm sure ManOfRickey would like his thread back. Peace.
Hmmm, you might want to add some walking to your one meal heath routine.... walking produces endorphines that make you happy... and less likely to be super bitchy on online forums.

Yep. I remember. You're one sexy dude Mal. If I were gay I'd have the hots for ya (but I'm not, so don't get any ideas! ).

Well, I disagree there, but I'm a fan of the high-protein diet (supports lean mass, after all). A high-carb diet may be better for endurance athletes (runners, etc.), that actually use all of that energy, but I wouldn't know (I give strength training a higher priority than cardio, for my own personal program). Carbs are more readily converted into bodyfat than protein is, btw.
All I'm really trying to say is, diet and exercise should compliment each other depending on your own personal goals. And fast food has no place in any diet

Protein requirements are very low actually.
It is somewhat irrelevant to focus on what you eat since your body is quite capable of converting everything you eat into (almost) anything it needs.
If you eat too much of anything - including protein - you will get fatter, it's as simple as that.

Nothing beats curry and biryani followed by a beer and cigarette. The spice of life. Want any amount of hard ons a day? Eat spicy, good pieces of meat, healthy clean carbs.
Go ahead and eat junkfood if you want to become impotent.

Fast food is evil and people who eat fast food are even evilererer. I, like all people with any brains, only eat a balanced diet consisting mostly of balsa wood and fresh forest soil. For liquid, I absorb the moisture from the air.
Shame on all of you, stuffing your faces with corpses of animals.

Before anyone goes off on me for having my PB in that pic -- the 4 of us (my bros and my mom), went to have lunch after shopping and stuff.. long story but I thought it'd be nice to have some music to listen to.
The chicken fries were good, but that sauce was nasty o_O [thus the BBQ sauce instead]

The Chicken Fries are now finally available at Burger King in Germany. I just tried them. They taste fine, but I think they are too expensive for what they are (€2.49 for 6 fries and dip).

Apparently we are two years behind, but that doesn't mean we have a shortage in snack food.

Let us know if anyone finds a deep fried human finger. Seems to happen here every so often.
