I think it's due to USB Support extensions 1.4.1, which are supposed to use interupts instead of polling (or vice versa), but my system feels far more responsive with 9.0.4

I *definetly* agree--the system feels much much snappier than before! This is sooo wonderful! Browsing with IE5 suddenly feels much much faster. I thought I was imagining things, but I've been using this for a few hours and it still feels fast.
Anyone else?

sure does on my G3/500 XLR8 card... stupid problem though. My Asante Ethernet 10/100 PCI card no longer functions. That sucks! But the rest of it is pretty cool
