Look at the title bar of the windows. It looks like he has text end caps, and a different color "text region"!

Wasn't it said that wasn't possible to do? Couldn't someone, using that idea, do a real OS 9 theme (where the stripes stop in the middle for the text)?

This is really cool, if it works out.

It can be done, and has been done many times before.

Yeah, that is nothing new by any means. It's simply using wider fixed-width endcaps on both sides of the titlebar. Other themes that have done this include ChosenOS, FatalE, Shinobi, Meteora, QNX, and Watercolor, among others I'm sure.

The thing is, if you look closer at the screenshot it appears as though the end caps respect the text area, but it's really just a fixed-width end cap on either side. So when you have a very wide window open the titlebar will simply fill large portions to the left and right of the (non-existent) text field in OS X.

Okay, I thought we were past the days when original themes still had Aqua content in them. Take a little more time and make it something truly original.

It's kinda a sloppy theme and has too many Aqua looking things in it still. I'll stick with Tux for my black theme.
