If you forward to 18:36 on the WWDC 2005 stream, you'll notice the tracking number that Steve inputs directly into the FedEx Widget on Dashboard.

http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?ascend...s=697736095801

Exactly two months before the keynote. The package weight is 46.0 lbs, the weight of a currently shipping Power Macintosh G5 in its box along with accesories (unit itself weighs 39.2 lbs, from apple-history.com). Similarly, look at the date that the shipping data (meaning that it was previously classified) was officially submitted to FedEx: May 28th, 2005.

Intel is located within the proximity of Santa Rosa (Origin).
Apple is located within the area of Menlo Park (Destination).

Anyway, I thought someone might appreciate the humor that the shipping number was, my assumption at this point, the Power Mac Pentium 4 on demo during the keynote.

I *knew* someone would do this, I thought about doing it myself
So yeah that's probably the P4 PowerMac.

G5's in shipping boxes run about 56 pounds. I ship them all the time.
