My 7500 Has four VRAM slots, and they are all FULL. How can I tell how big each DIMM is? They are not listen in the Apple System Profiler, like RAM is.

I think those only came in 1MB size. My 8500 had two when I got it new, and so have several other 73/75/85/9500's I've scavenged. All the VRAM stix I've run across have been 1MB.
You might try to run the ATi retail driver control panel, there was a window that shows VRAM in use.

The Apple Spec Database lists only 2 or 4MB options for total VRAM, using only 1MB chips. I'd assume you must have 1MB chips in each slot.

Straight from the MacGurus.com site:
Power Mac 7500 (accepts four (4) 1MB VRAM DIMMs)
Also, the only size of vram dimms they carry are 1mb. Sounds like you've got 4 mb to me.
