Ok, so where I work they will soon be posting an Apple/Mac tech Job position and I was asked to put together 8 or so questions that should be asked concerning the Apple Computer field.

I have some that I'm thinking of putting on the list, but would like to open it up for suggestions.

The position will cover the building of lab images, hardware/software support etc.

Tks,

Ask open ended questions that will get them talking. Describe a problem and ask them the steps they would take to solve the problem.

You're bosses laptop won't turn on, what do you do? Your computer crashes every time you open a certain program, what do you do?

Also ask them some open ended opinion questions. What do you think was the biggest and most significant OS X upgrade and why? What was your favorite Mac of all time? Your friend is going off to design school and wants to know what you think they will need computing wise. What will they need and why?

My sig is 1 pixel too big.
