To make this easy, I just copied the news post from the front page.
The Switchboard
Welcome Back!
Posted by Joe Kohlmann
The Switchboard has gone through many changes, and we are proud to announce its grand reopening! The all-new web site features a new back end publishing engine and a beautiful new site design created by David Lanham. Thanks a lot for the excellent work, Dave! I'd also like to thank Kenichi Yoshida for designing the sweet icons used on our staff page.
The Switchboard also features some additional features, such as a Table of Contents display for each article, and a button to substitute article images with a link to the images for those on a slower connection or those who prefer an uninterupted reading experience.
We've also admitted a new member to The Switchboard, Matt Widmann. Matt will be contributing to our Graphic Design section with upcoming tutorials and techniques for use with Macromedia Fireworks, an alternative image editing application.
As far as tutorial updates go, our first new feature article is James Meister's iPod Ad Styling tutorial. From there, we'll be regularly updating the site for a couple months with a new tutorial every other week. That said, I'd like to encourage our readers to create and submit their own articles and tutorials to The Switchboard! We've got some great designers providing our upcoming articles, but we won't be able to continue serving the community without your input as well! Send Us an Article Today!
Finally, if you have any comments or questions, or if you happen to find an error in an article, send 'em over to Johnny Komisar He'll be happy to help you out!

Works fine for me in Safari.
In fact, I just loaded it with Firefox and it looks just like it did in Safari. You must be having some issues dj.

Isn't that the developers copy for tiger? I think that might be the problem, but I don't know. I would tell you to reset safari, but you probably don't want to waste your time doing it.

It's not for Tiger but it is currently DP (Developer Preview/Prelease)-only.
