Heh.
Even though Arnold's a RINO, that's somewhat entertaining. But as usual, it's just grandstanding coming from him. He went back on his no-sign water-crisis 'pledge', so (as always) you can't really trust a word he says.
Sacramento is a glimpse of what the entire US can expect after so many years of a Democrat majority: mismanagement, fraud, abuse and a debt so tremendous that even career politicians will eventually jump the sinking ship and actually ADMIT there's a problem.
Witness this astounding video of Bill Lockyer, the Cali State Treasurer speaking the FIRST common sense that's been heard on the floor of the state legislature in decades. A Democrat calling out his own party.
If it wasn't so blatantly obvious that Democrats have bankrupted the state to the extent that it simply can't be further ignored, swept under the carpet, blamed on everyone else, etc. (IE: all the usual tools of the career politician nitwit and their sycophants among the public) you'd simply NEVER, EVER, in a million years witness an exchange like this:

I actually still kind of like Arnold. The problem is that he's saddled with possibly the worst legislature in the entire country, which is essentially content to sit around and watch while the state falls apart around them. Here's only so much the G-800 can do when faced with such a huge wall of apathy.

Just throwing a guess out there. It is unnecessary, but really, in a game as fake as politics, its nice to see someone show off their true feelings in a clever manner.
