Old RPi thread was too old. I had an early Christmas present from my brother last weekend, a full fat RP2 preloaded with games and emulators. Today, they have released this.

https://www.raspberrypi.org/blog/raspberry-pi-zero/

A Broadcom BCM2835 application processor
1GHz ARM11 core (40% faster than Raspberry Pi 1)
512MB of LPDDR2 SDRAM
A micro-SD card slot
A mini-HDMI socket for 1080p60 video output
Micro-USB sockets for data and power
An unpopulated 40-pin GPIO header
Identical pinout to Model A+/B+/2B
An unpopulated composite video header
Our smallest ever form factor, at 65mm x 30mm x 5mm

5 dollars, 4 pound, or a freebie on the MagPi magazine. I'm not complaining about the spec on this, because £4, but one thing missing is a network port, so if you want that, its a USB dongle job. I might go looking for that magazine tonight .

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

It'd be nice to know when the magazine would be available here in the States. Otherwise I may just have to order a Zero and download the magazine...

I'm really interesting in this device. Looks to be sold out everywhere. Hopefully I can get in on the next batch.
