Mannn, I have a problem! My new iPod is on the way and I have NO CASE! I need a case! Is there any tricks to cover the backing while awaiting cases to ship? Saran wrap? Any other cheap ghetto tricks I should know about?

apparently you can remove the 'Do not steal music' text from the plastic wrapping that it comes in with nail polish remover and then keep it in that until you get a case. or use that in conjunction with the included case, might work pretty well.

Tell me about it! Apple shipping dept. needs to take some lessons! 
BTW, anyone know of any other cases besides the MarWare cases, SFBags Cases, and the EverythingiPod Cases that are shipping now/soon? I'm diggin' the SFBags one, but $40 is a bit steep.

Ordered a 30GB which is sadly "still in production" as well. What really ticks me off is that I also ordered a 30GB from the ADC Apple store an hour after the announcement on 4/28, and that hasn't shipped either! So I have two 30GB iPods on the way, each purchased for about $400. Hello, eBay (when they finally get here that is)!

I have a tracking number for mine. Went out pretty late (after 9 p.m.), and it doesn't seem to be in the UPS system yet.

I saw this in the dealmac digest and ordered before I saw it here. My card hasn't been charged yet but my ebates rebate was credited already ($8.08, thanks Dell).
Hmm, there are a lot of charges from the Apple Music Store, though...
