Saab 900SE. A V6, no less. The dealer is a friend of a friend, the car is immaculate, just serviced and has less than 100.000 kms on the clock. For 5 grand, not bad.

We're picking it up next week.

The short shall inherit the earth. Just you wait. You won't see us coming. We'll pop out from under tables, beds, and closets in hordes. So you're tall, huh? You won't be so tall when I chew off your ankles. Mofo

I had a Saab for 10 years before getting the wife's hand-me-down SUV. Over 150,000 miles and she still ran like the day we bought her. Great car and a steal of a price!

I love that quirky style of Saab.

If they wouldn't have changed the 9-3 to the new style, I would have bought a new one.

I quite like SAABs as they are a bit different and as someone else said, quirky. Don't think I would ever buy one though as there are too many other cars I like.

Sounds like a cracker of a deal though . Always nice to find a car in immaculate condition.

5000 USD or Canadian ??
Buying and maintaining a car in north America is the one thing I'm jalous about, it's sooo cheap compared to us. The thing is that you guys miss out on a lot of cool cars.

Old Saabs rock. Sadly, most of the new Saabs are Pontiacs, Subarus, and Chevrolets with different grilles.

The Saab 93 is an Opel Vectra. I think the 95 is still an original Saab design underneath. And then you have that Subaru Saab that's only available in the US (92X).

The 9-5 is the last Saab design. Have you seen the 97X yet? It's another Trailblazer/Envoy/Ascender/Rainier/Bravada clone. Do we really need the same SUV with 6 different brands on it?

I like it when people call the 92X the Saabaru.
