Actually, its an old myspace  .
Just another social networking site, this one is owned by google. I don't really use it, for awhile people were and then it fell out of popularity.
Though it is still super popular is different parts of the world, Brazil is one I think. Many things on the internet are popular in different regions while they are hardly used in others.
Failure in the US ain't the end of a site/service.

Yes, I played with it some time back when it was first launched. The success it had in Brazil, strangely enough, spelled failure in the English speaking world. I remember people getting pretty upset that more and more content was only available in Portuguese and then just leaving.

Actually it seems to be pretty popular in India too. My friend convinced me to sign up and now I see a whole bunch of people from my school from almost 10 years ago, and for the most part our English is not bad!
