good thing that 667 DVI powerbook you mentioned is an auction and right next to the $1000 it says (RESERVE NOT MET).. hmm...

way to make a poor attempt at being a troll.

I'm also gonna mention it again in case the mods come rolling by.

The kind of behavior(negative) that people exhibit in these posts(in the marketplace) shouldn't be tolerated. Forums like anandtech and arstechnica have pretty strict rules about making comments like this person just did, and deem it as "thread crapping." And to put it bluntly, thread crapping isn't allowed, period.

It seems a pretty good question to ask why it wouldn't be allowed, and a couple of reasons would be

1.) chances are if you find yourself here you're probably a mac enthusiast or someone who has done quite a bit of homework before taking the plunge into buying a mac.

2.) This board has private messages as an option! Use it. Not only do you not look like you're trying to start something or crapping on someone else's thread, it's also a nicer way of letting someone know how you feel about his/her merchandise and the price that's being set on it. Maybe he/she will appreciate the fact you came to him first instead of crapping in their thread. It avoids long drawn out drama that isn't needed publicly(although some love watching it unfold )

hopefully some type of threadcrapping policy can be instituted here, I think it'd go a long ways in making this a cleaner section of the forum.

What accessories are included? I'm assuming AC adapter and a battery, but does it come with the original box, manuals, CDs, etc?

Any scratches and/or dents on the surface/paint?

thanks.
