I have a 500mhz g3 imac running 9.2.2 with usb 1.1, and i have a flash card that is usb 2.0. I was informed that there wouldnt be a problem with the differance in USB, but i cannot get the flash card to show up on the desktop when inserted.

Is my problem that OS 9 just doesnt support flash memory cards?

thanks,
Slicks

OS9 only supported flash card readers that met a certain design criteria. Something about a "common removable disk" format or some junk.

Use system profiler to examine what kind of card reader you have, then go on the internet and look for OS9 drivers.
