I did the same thing a few months back. It took me a while to track down a single cmd key. These were the only guys who had one for me. It was used though so I don't know if they'll have one now....
www.pbparts.com

Now if I could only figure out how to remap my enter key in OS X. Seen anything on that?

(why apple didn't just put a 2nd cmd key is beyond me...screws up all my keyboard shortcuts without it...)
bah!

They just kind-of snap on and off... but be careful, you can break them. I didn't have much problem with mine though, everything is still intact.

I don't have my Pismo in front of me at the moment, but you can sort of see how it attaches since the keys are transparent. If I remember right you'll probably need a little screwdriver or something to leverage under the key. I'll look at my Pismo when I get home and post back if I have any more info...
bah!
