I keep having this annoying problem w/ my Pismo 400. When I hold down the spacebar during startup to choose a different extension set, it makes it all the way to the finder then freezes! Every time!... I then have to restart which makes it fine and the Extension Set I had chosen previously is then loaded...

This has been happening for ages, I have re-installed and even put a new HardDisk in but it still keeps on happening

Any Ideas.

Pismo 400, 320MB RAM, 20GB HD OS 9.1.

Moving to Mac OS, since this is not a machine-specific issue.
