Hi, I have this really confidential (large) document that Me (word 2011 mac) and a colleague (word 2010 pc) worked on. It is to be sent to a client.

The document is rich on comments and markup balloons. We have tried to delete the whole markup from this document but in the end it's easy to reveal the whole history again. I suspect that it's because we worked both with mac and windows that the usual googled tricks (like accept all) dont have effect.

I think the only way is to copy only the text to a blank document , to have no markup to start with that can be revealed, but how do i accomplish this?

Make a PDF of it. Unless you need the client to directly edit it, too.

Thanks, the issue has been solved by deleting all comments (little button with a red X on it)
