i barely ever use this now that i hav a macbook that is basically more powerful except for video card.I am most likely(hence feeler) selling this because i figure i can just get a nice 20 display(dell or apple). i am looking for 1,000 dollars for this thing.price seems rigth considring it is like new, includes all install discs, mouse and keyboard(wired). i would possibly even include Kensiongton 8 port USB hub.pm me if interested.pictures will be up soon. has 1gb of ram too

1) You should probably post the full specs.
2) I think your price may be high considering the new Core 2 Duo iMacs are out, and one of them can be had for $900, and the other for $1100 (student discount - which many of us qualify for.. but even without that it's not too much more than $1000 to get the new one).

why am i better off keeping it? the 1,000 model is a dumbed down model, integrated graphics,no remote and no bluetooth. maybe i could lower the price to like 950 or 900, but im not better off keeping it

I paid 950 for a core duo 17" in awesome condition:
1.83 core duo
160 GB hd
1 GB Ram
x1600 128 MB graphics
Superdrive
origional packaging/everything that came with it
additional wireless mouse
~180 days left of applecare
If yours is similar to this then im sure you can get over $900 for it.
