I have a Pismo (Powerbook G3 Firewire) 400mhz, 2 batteries, 576 ram, 6 gig hard drive, great condition, 0 dead pixels, 10.3, dvd-rom drive. I am trying to sell it locally, (DC area) to avoid shipping hassles. I'll probably put it up on craigslist.org or some such. I was wondering if 500$ was a good price to ask for it?

Sounds like you're in the ballpark, but on the high side for the 400 MHz model. Do you have an AirPort card installed? Big selling point if you do. Also, how are the screen hinges? If they're still tight, no cracks, etc. then by all means mention this as it is a major flaw for this model.
